About us
A South Florida moving company that sweats the details.
Excellent Movers is a registered Florida mover based on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. We move homes, condos and offices across Miami-Dade and Broward, with our own trucks and crews.
Who we are
Local movers who know the buildings.
Excellent Movers is built around a simple idea of what a moving company should be: one that answers the phone, shows up when it says it will and treats every customer’s furniture as if it were its own.
Being based in Sunny Isles Beach shapes how we work. Our neighbors live in oceanfront towers with strict move rules, gated communities with vendor lists and older buildings where the elevator fits three boxes at a time. Planning for those details is just how we do things, and it is a big part of why our customers rate us five stars on Google.
Today we move families, seasonal residents and businesses from Miami to Pompano Beach, and we take long-distance moves anywhere in Florida.
How we work
What you can count on
-
Written estimates
You know what to expect before moving day. If something changes, like an extra room or a building rule we did not know about, we talk to you before it affects the price.
-
Furniture is wrapped, not stacked
Every piece goes into moving blankets before it leaves the room. Floors get runners, door frames get guards, and elevators get pads.
-
We plan around your building
Condo rules, HOA gates, loading docks and parking are part of the plan from the first call, not something we find out at the front desk.
-
Straight answers
If a piece needs a specialist, or a date is a bad idea because of traffic or an event, we tell you. It saves everyone a bad day.
Credentials
Registered, insured and easy to verify.
Florida requires household movers to register with the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. You can look up any mover’s registration before you book.

Set up at the new place
Furniture goes where you want it, beds and tables are reassembled, and you do a final walk-through before we leave.
