Miramar stretches from established neighborhoods in the east to newer gated communities out west near I-75, and most of our work there is single-family homes and townhomes.
Moving in Miramar
East Miramar has older neighborhoods with smaller lots and homes from the 1960s and 70s. Newer communities like Monarch Lakes, Sunset Lakes, Riviera Isles and Silver Shores are larger and usually gated, with HOA rules for vendors.
Miramar also has a large business community, and we move offices there as well as homes, often in the evening or over a weekend so the business does not lose a workday.
