Surfside movers

Surfside is a small town between Bal Harbour and Miami Beach. It has oceanfront condominiums on Collins Avenue, a walkable shopping street on Harding Avenue and quiet blocks of single-family homes west of the main road.

Moving in Surfside

Condo moves along Collins follow the usual routine: building rules, a certificate of insurance and a reserved elevator. On the residential side, homes are mostly older single-family houses on regular lots, where moves are quick but street parking needs planning.

Surfside is small, but its streets are busy, especially Harding and Collins during the day. We plan arrival times and truck placement so loading does not block the road any longer than it has to.

Questions

Moving in Surfside: questions we hear

What do I need from my building before the move?

Ask the management office for the move-in or move-out rules, the certificate of insurance requirements and the available elevator times. Forward them to us and we will take it from there.

Do you move single-family homes in Surfside?

Yes. House moves on the residential side are usually straightforward. We just plan the truck position ahead of time because of the narrow streets.
