Pembroke Pines movers

Pembroke Pines is one of Broward’s largest cities and mostly suburban: gated communities, townhomes and family houses spread from the east side of the city out toward the Everglades.

Moving in Pembroke Pines

Most moves here are single-family homes and townhomes in HOA communities like Pembroke Falls, Silver Lakes and Chapel Trail. Those communities usually check vendors at the gate, and some set hours for moving trucks, so we confirm the rules with you before moving day.

Pembroke Pines also has large 55-and-over communities, including Century Village, where moves are often downsizing from a house or a move between units. We take extra time with those clients and help with packing and with clearing out what is not coming along.

Questions

Moving in Pembroke Pines: questions we hear

Do I need to tell my HOA about the move?

Usually, yes. Most communities want to know the date so the gate expects the truck, and some have rules about hours or parking. A quick call to your management company sorts it out.

Can you move us within the same community?

Yes. Short moves inside the same community are common and usually quick.
