Miami Beach movers

Miami Beach is several cities in one: Art Deco walk-ups in South Beach, high-rises along West Avenue and Collins, family homes in Bayshore and on the islands, and the quieter blocks of North Beach. We work all of it.

Moving in Miami Beach

South Beach is where planning matters most. Many Art Deco buildings have no elevator or a very small one, the streets are narrow and parking is tight. A good South Beach move starts with working out where the truck can stand and how far the crew will carry.

In Mid-Beach and on West Avenue the moves are mostly condos, so we handle building paperwork and elevator reservations. On the residential islands and in neighborhoods like Bayshore and La Gorce, homes are larger and moves are closer to estate moves.

North Beach and Normandy Isles mix low-rise apartments with single-family homes. They are a short drive down Collins from our office, so North Beach jobs start early.

Local know-how

What we plan for in Miami Beach

  1. 01

    Parking

Truck placement in South Beach takes planning. We ask about your block when we quote.

  2. 02

    Art Deco walk-ups

No elevator or a tiny one means more stairs and smaller loads per trip. We staff for it.

  3. 03

    Event weeks

Art Basel in December and spring break in March fill the roads. If your date overlaps, we plan around it.

Questions

Moving in Miami Beach: questions we hear

Where will the truck park for my South Beach move?

It depends on the street. Some buildings have a loading area, others rely on street parking close to the entrance. We ask about your block during the estimate and plan the truck position before moving day.

Do you move out of Art Deco buildings with no elevator?

Yes, regularly. Stairs mean more time, so we plan crew size around the floor you are on and the layout of the stairwell.
