Moving in Golden Beach
The town is a short stretch of Ocean Boulevard between Sunny Isles Beach and Hallandale Beach, with oceanfront homes on one side of the road and Intracoastal homes on the other. There are no condo towers here, so the planning is about distance and volume: long carries from the house to the truck, large rooms, and pieces like stone dining tables, oversized sectionals and artwork.
For homes like these we usually send a larger crew and plan the day in stages. Fragile and high-value pieces are wrapped and loaded first, where they will not shift, and the rest of the house follows. If you have pieces that need more than blanket wrap, show us during the estimate so we come prepared.
