Miami movers

From Brickell high-rises to bungalows in the Upper East Side, the City of Miami is a regular stop for our crews. We plan Miami moves around the buildings and the traffic that come with them.

Moving in Miami

In Brickell, Downtown and Edgewater, moves are mostly in towers with loading docks, freight elevators and strict reservation windows. Management will want a certificate of insurance before the move, and some buildings want it several days ahead. We take care of it as soon as you book.

In neighborhoods like the Upper East Side, Little Havana, Coconut Grove and Coral Way, you will find everything from 1920s bungalows to new townhomes. Older homes often mean narrow doorways, steps at the entrance and trees over the driveway, so we look at access before we quote.

For moves between Miami and the northern beaches or Broward, I-95 timing is everything. We schedule loading and driving to miss the worst of rush hour wherever we can.

Questions

Moving in Miami: questions we hear

Do you move in and out of Brickell high-rises?

Yes. Send us the building’s move rules and we will handle the certificate of insurance and schedule the crew around your loading-dock reservation.

How do you deal with I-95 traffic on moving day?

We plan around it. Early starts, loading during rush hour and driving after it, and using Biscayne Boulevard or A1A when they are faster. Your estimate accounts for realistic drive times.
