Program description

Excellent Movers LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages relate to moving quotes, scheduling and confirmations, move-day and delivery updates, follow-up on your request, and customer care.

How to opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website and submitting your mobile number, or by giving us express consent by phone or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Example message:

Excellent Movers: Thanks for your quote request. We can reserve a crew and truck for your date whenever you are ready. Questions? Call (786) 957-5177. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies depending on your request and move. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (786) 957-5177 or info@excellentmoversusa.com.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Phone numbers and SMS consent collected through our messaging program are used only for service-related messages and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more.
