Aventura movers
Aventura is just across the William Lehman Causeway from our office, and a large share of our moves start or finish there. Most of them are in condo buildings, and most of those come with building rules attached.
Moving in Aventura
Aventura was built around condominiums. Around Country Club Drive and the Turnberry golf course, on Williams Island and along the Intracoastal, buildings range from 1980s mid-rises to newer towers with dedicated loading docks. The routine is the same at all of them: a certificate of insurance before the move, a reserved elevator, protected hallways and a crew that keeps the elevator full on every trip.
There are also townhomes and rental apartment communities along Biscayne Boulevard and West Country Club Drive, where moves are faster but parking can be tight. We confirm where the truck can stand when we schedule.
Because we are so close, Aventura moves rarely lose time to driving. That matters when a building gives you a four-hour window.

Moving in Aventura: questions we hear
Do Aventura condo buildings require a deposit for moves?
Many do, usually refundable once the building inspects the elevator and common areas after the move. Amounts and rules vary by association, so check with your management office. Our job is to leave the building exactly as we found it.
Can you move me from an Aventura condo to a house in Broward?
Yes. Aventura to Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines or Fort Lauderdale are all routine local moves for us.
